Online bookings
Submitting the form is a booking request. The appointment becomes firm when it is automatically confirmed on screen or confirmed by the salon. We may contact you for clarification, recommend another service or propose a different time.
You may cancel or reschedule online at least 24 hours in advance. For later changes, contact the salon. Significant lateness may shorten the service or require rescheduling.
Services, prices and results
Displayed duration and “from” prices are estimates. The final price may depend on hair length and density, products used, desired complexity and the assessment made before work begins. Any material change will be explained and requires your approval.
Beauty results depend on starting condition, history, skin or hair characteristics and home care. The client must disclose relevant prior treatments, allergies, sensitivities, medication or contraindications. A patch or strand test may be requested, and the salon may refuse or adapt a service where safety or professional standards require it.
Client responsibilities and minors
Please follow preparation and aftercare instructions and treat staff and other clients respectfully. Minors may receive age-appropriate services only with the consent and, where requested, presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Photos or videos for the salon portfolio or marketing require separate permission and are not a condition of receiving a service.
Payment, complaints and liability
Payment is due using the methods available at the salon. Mandatory consumer rights remain fully applicable. If something is not as agreed, contact us promptly so we can assess it and offer an appropriate remedy.
Consumers may also use ANPC Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL). Romanian law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer rights or the competent court provided by law. The former EU ODR platform is no longer active.
Site content and updates
Website text, images and visual identity may not be reused without permission, except where allowed by law. We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The version published when you use the site or submit the booking applies.
