How do I make a booking?
Choose a service, optionally select a specialist, then pick a date and time. Enter your name, phone and email, and our team will confirm the request.
Can I book without choosing a specialist?
Yes. The system automatically assigns an available specialist who provides your chosen service.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Requests are normally confirmed manually by our team. Individual services may be set to confirm automatically.
How far ahead can I book or cancel?
You can book up to 60 days ahead and change or cancel online at least 24 hours in advance.
Is the displayed price final?
Prices marked “from” depend on hair length, density and the complexity of your desired result. We confirm details during consultation.
Where is the salon?
The demonstration address is 18 Paris Street, Bucharest. Replace the example business details in admin before commercial launch.
